John Souza served for 7 years helping plant a church in Tacoma before becoming the pastor of First Baptist Church in June of 2024. He lives with wife, twin girls, and two golden retrievers. During his free time you'll find him watching sports or sipping on great coffee with a good book in hand. He holds a Bachelors in Bible and Pastoral Ministry and is nearing completion on a Masters of Divinity at Western Seminary.
